Three sanitary design models are available ranging from pilot scale up to 120gpm to provide single Pass, air free, repeatable dispersion of the most difficult powders into liquids, i.e. Carbopol®, Pemulen®, Xanthan gum, Cellulose gums, Guar gum, Synthalen®, Polygel®, Pigments, Pectin, Polymers, Gums and other thickening agents.

The Quadro Ytron™ ZC Powder Disperser complies with 3A Sanitary Standards and is USDA accepted as a full CIP Sanitary Design and Fabrication of Dairy Processing Equipment. The Quadro Ytron™ ZC is designed specifically to disperse extremely difficult to wet powders into a liquid stream, in a single pass, without aeration, or the need for additional solvents or heat. This efficient mixing results in no waste, no lumps or ‘fish-eyes'.
