The ALF ampoule filling equipment fills at speeds of up to 500 per minute. It is available with either traditional flame or innovative laser sealing, and can be supplied in a barrier isolator configuration.
The ALF ampoule filling equipment fills at speeds of up to 500 per minute. It is available with either traditional flame or innovative laser sealing, and can be supplied in a barrier isolator configuration.
Using rotary piston pumps or Bosch Smart Fill time pressure filling, the ALF can fill ampoules of up to 30 ml volume.
It features a smooth and reliable container transport, and checkweighing is also available. The ALF can be built to fill both ampoules and vials.
The Bosch DRN ring bander adds the capability to apply colored codes to the neck of the finished ampoules.
