Special aseptic processors are available for the manufacture of sterile products.
Special aseptic processors are available for the manufacture of sterile products. These processors include special dry running gas purged mechanical seals, elctro-polished surfaces, sanitary diaphragm valves, and sterilization-in-place capability. Aseptic processors are available in capacities from 5-5000 liters.
The unit is designed for use with 5, 10 and 20 liter vessels for maximum batch size flexibility. Fully integrated PLC based controls and instruments facilitate automated batch cycles and allow for data acquisition and careful control of the mixing and sterilization cycles.
