The BFB AC 120 is a single overwrapper suitable for handling cartons at very high speeds. The machine has been specifically designed to satisfy the requirements of high quality overwrapping.
Main Features:
- Cantilever design.
- Suitable for handling cartons with glossy finish: high quality overwrapping at high speeds.
- Film feeding at right angles with respect to the product flow and performed by upper and lower toothed belts.
- Sealing of the cross film overlap on the back edge of the carton, to keep the main faces totally free from marks or wrinkles.
- Main motions driven by servo-motors.
- Changeover adjustments electronically controlled with fully adjustable folding plates.
- Film type: heat-sealable plastic film such as polypropylene, PVC or cellophane fed from reel.
- Fully electronic version.
- Tear-tape group.
- Possibility to switch from one reel to another without stopping the machine (if machine is equipped with second reel holder).
