C1090/C1110: Automatic Tube Filling

This automatic tube filler from IMA is for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, and foodstuff products. The C1090 fills up to 90 tubes/minute, while the C1110 fills up to 110 tubes/minute for aluminium, laminate, polythene, and polyfoil tubes, depending on product viscosity and filling volume. Electrical controls by PLC. Colour touch screen operator interface. Adopting servo motor technology.

Closing unit for aluminium tubes performing both normal, double and saddle fold – fold finishing smooth or knurled. Hot jaws or hot air sealing unit for polythene or laminate and polyfoil tubes. Seal finishing smooth or knurled.
