This automatic tube filler for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, and foodstuff products can fill up to 250 tubes/minute for aluminium, laminate, polythene, and polyfoil tubes, depending on product viscosity and filling volume.
Electrical controls by PLC. Colour touch screen operator interface. Closing unit for aluminium tubes performing both normal, double and saddle fold – fold finishing smooth or knurled. Hot jaws or hot air sealing unit for polythene or laminate and polyfoil tubes. Seal finishing smooth or knurled.Automatic tube filler for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and foodstuff products.
