Bosch cappers are used in vial production lines to place and seal aluminum caps over rubber stoppers. The VRK gives you compact, low-particulate capping using aluminum caps, along with a variety of others, with nearly tool-less size change and digital position indicators

Bosch cappers are used in vial production lines to place and seal aluminum caps over rubber stoppers. The VRK gives you compact, low-particulate capping using aluminum caps, along with a variety of others, with nearly tool-less size change and digital position indicators. It operates in continuous motion with 5 or 10 heads and caps up to 400 vials per minute.
The VRK rotates the vial against the crimp wheel which ensures even and repeatable crimping with every vial. A rotation sensor verifies correct operation, giving you a verifiable crimping process.
The VRK capper can also be integrated with the Bosch KIV vial coder.
