The GKF 701 is the smallest of the new generation of Bosch capsule fillers and is particularly suitable for fast product changing. Operating at speeds of 700 capsules per minute, it arrives at your facility ready for use and is essentially maintenance-free.
Like all GKF machines, the 701 uses the proven tamping pin principle for accuracy and repeatability. It can be used to dose powders, pellets, tablets, or liquids into any capsule on the market today.
The production area is clearly structured and has a user-efficient design. All stations are accessible from the outside via large laterally swiveling doors. In addition, parts from the older GKF 700 machine are interchangeable with those for the GKF 701.
The GKF 701 is GMP compliant, and operator control is made easy through the touch screen feature with user-friendly menu guidance.
