The 3150 drum washing nozzle is a low capacity stationary tank washing nozzle that effectively cleans the interior of small distribution or process vessels up to 3' (0.9 m). It features multiple spray orifices that can spray several patterns and coverages for efficient tank cleaning. Strategic placement of this nozzle in tanks and vessels can maximize tank cleaning efforts.
The 3150 is available in a choice of 15 to 21 full cone spray tips. It operates at pressures up to 150 psi (10 bar).
The 3150 nozzle is designed for optimal cleaning performance in drum washing systems. It's constructed in brass, steel, 303 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel, making it ideal for harsh operating conditions. The 3150 drum washing nozzle features a maximum spray head diameter of 1-5/8" (41 mm) with a ¾" (19 mm) neck to allow drainage during washing.
