BioWelder™ And BioSealer™
Sartorius presents the BioWelder and BioSealer, two new products for connecting or disconnecting thermoplastic tubing in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. BioWelder and BioSealer are able to weld and seal — handling a broad range of tubing diameters from 1/4" OD to 3/4" OD in various thermoplastic tubing types, allowing flexible implementation into disposable manufacturing processes.

Standard Bioprocessing Flexel® 3D Bags
Flexel® 3D standard bags are designed for processing, storage, and transport of large volume biopharmaceutical solutions. Flexel 3D bags are available designed to fit Sartorius Stedim Biotech's proven Palletank® containers or commonly available plastic drums. They provide a single-use alternative to traditional stainless steel vessels in a large variety of applications. Standard Flexel® 3D bags are available as sterilized and ready to use stand-alone bags or filter & bag assemblies incorporating a variety of tubing, connections, filters and bag sizes (from 50L to 1,000L). Many designs incorporate C-Flex TPE tubing, allowing the use of BioWelder® and the BioSealer® sterile connection and disconnection devices.
