The SOTAX F1 and F2 Friability Tester offers either a single or dual drum, USP specified 10 degree tilt and a unique front loading with automated discharge and print-out. The F1 can integrate a balance and printer to record and calculate percent friability. It is fully supported by IQ and OQ documentation and user training.

The microprocessor- controlled SOTAX F 1 and F 2 meet USP, EUR, DAB pharmacopeial requirements
Counter and timer modes of operation
Unique loading system resets automatically for new samples
In-situ filling of samples into the drum
Post-run samples are automatically discharged without removing the drum
As per USP, it comes with 10° tilt built into the base of the instrument
Built-in LCD display
Supports abrasion drum
