Details

The 4-electrode sensor InPro7108-25-VP is suitable for CIP/SIP applications in the Pharmaceutical and Food & Beverage industries as well as for other applications such as phase- or media separation. Simple installation in the well-known "INGOLD" weld-in sockets enables the use even in small pipe sizes. The sensor is sterilizable up to 140 °C. These sensors are specially designed and ruggedly built to withstand the most rigorous cleaning procedures. MaxCert™ makes your plant validation and qualification easy. All certificates for materials and the NIST/ASTM-traceable calibration are already included.

Description
The 4-electrode sensors from METTLER TOLEDO provide you with the highest degree of safety during CIP and SIP processes. Installed in optimally suited INGOLD weld-in sockets from METTLER TOLEDO, thorough, safe and easy cleaning is ensured. WideRange™ technology supports the measurement of samples with vastly different conductivity values. The watertight (IP68) VarioPin connector ensures excellent signal transmission even under extremely humid conditions and direct water contact. The sensor is available in two different insertion lengths.

Features and Benefits

WideRange™ technology

  • Wide measuring range whilst maintaining a compact sensor design. This allows cost-saving installation and standardization in many applications.

Increased reliability

  • The IP68 rated VarioPin connector system ensures excellent and hassle-free signal transmission and stops problems associated with humidity. It also saves money compared to fixed cable installations.

MaxCert™

  • MaxCert™ makes your validation and qualification process easy. The NIST/ASTM-traceable calibration of the sensor is documented and material certs (3.1B) are included for stainless steel or Hastelloy pins in contact with the media sample. For all other materials in contact with the media sample, a certificate according to EN 10204-2.1 for all FDA positive listed materials is included in the package and reference is made to CFR codes.
