The magnitude of the 90° and 12° ratio turbidity indicates if more colloidal or larger particles are present. Typical applications: quality assurance measurements of filtered beverages/beer.

Description
These combined forward/90° scattered light sensors make it possible to distinguish between turbidity caused by colloidal particles or larger particles. Reliable and accurate measurements prevent time consuming cross checks with offline laboratory equipment and consequently avoid process interruptions or the repeating of downstream purification steps.
