Laser Diffraction
Particle size analysis is performed using the industry standard laser diffraction technology.
Process Interface
The process interface is customized to meet the requirements of the application. All wetted parts are 316SS/PTFE/sapphire.
Sample Dilution
A pre-diluter and cascade diluter work together to representatively dilute the sample and avoid dilution shock.
Automation & Control
Automation of the analyzer system and connection to the plant control system is via Malvern Link, a flexible package allowing customized user interfaces and a variety of PLC communication protocols.
