MFCS® Training
Our training courses are specifically designed to enable end users to fully exploit the wide range of options included in the MFCS/win SCADA software packages. Training can be performed at Sartorius Stedim Biotech in Bethlehem, PA or at the customer site.
MFCS/win System Manager and
Upgrade Training
Course duration: 2 days
The 21 CFR Part 11 System Manager-Upgrade
Training is directed towards MFCS/win users who
have previously completed the System Manager-
Training prior to version 2.1. The training focuses
on new developments and 21 CFR Part 11 related
changes in MFCS/win version 2.1.
MFCS/win User-Training
Course duration: 3 days
The User-Training Course is designed for operators
using MFCS/win as their SCADA interface for
process display, control, and reporting. This course
focuses on starting batches, visualizing data, entering
off-line sample data, creating plots, and generating
process reports. The User-Training Course is
designed to provide operators with the skills necessary
to use MFCS/win on a daily basis.
MFCS/win System Manager-Training
Course duration: 4 days
The System-Manager Training Course is primarily
directed toward the advanced user and lab managers
responsible for long-term batch maintenance
and extended process control functionality. This
course focuses on extended functionality including
generation of condition-based control algorithms,
design of event-dependent recipes based on the
S88 standard, and user management. The System-
Manger Training Course is designed to provide
managers with the skills necessary to maintain
MFCS/win on a continuing basis.
