Liquid Filling--Filamatic's high-speed automatic modular Monobloc systems are designed to cycle two bottles at a time through each liquid filling, plug/stopper/tip insertion, screw, crimp, and capping station, and allow a single operator to oversee packaging functions at rates up to 120 CPM. Modular design allows users to "mix and match" the functions needed for specific production requirement in a compact footprint. Quick and easy tool-less changeover. Container types include: Microtubes, Vials, Glass, Plastic, Syringes, Stoppers, Overcaps, Child Resistant, Tamper Evident, Dropper Tip, and Nalgene. Ideal for Clinical Trials, High Volume Production, High Accuracy, Clean Room, and Aseptic Filling.
