The MP-Micro fluid bed processor is an innovative, laboratory benchtop, micro fluid bed processor which can be used with the smallest amount of material, yet has all the flexibility of a full-size production fluid bed. It is ideal for pharmaceutical testing, optimization, and identification of process parameters, release characteristics, and other design data.
The MP-Micro system offers the following advantages:
- Secure product handling and containment
- Variable process control of airflow temperature and liquid addition
- Interchangeable product containers
- Filter blowback system
- East strip down for cleaning
- Can process as little as 20g of material
The MP-Micro is capable of dry mixing and liquid spray addition, particle size enhancement by spray granulation/agglomeration, spray coating, and fluid bed drying.
