Canguro is a Bin tumbler designed for blending and homogenizing powders and granulates. The machine rotates containers (Bins) by means of a standard blocking system and is designed with a single arm frame and with a horizontal cradle for easy bin positioning and blocking by means of 4 centring cups.

Canguro is a Bin tumbler designed for blending and homogenizing powders and granulates. The machine rotates containers (Bins) by means of a standard blocking system and is designed with a single arm frame and with a horizontal cradle for easy bin positioning and blocking by means of 4 centring cups.

One of the main characteristics of this machine is the dual blending system: the cradle has double 15° inclination angles creating a complex asymmetric movement, therefore a higher efficient blending is obtained. The Canguro is also equipped with a over rotation feature for product levelling inside the bin. As an option the AGV bin loading can also be supplied.

The PLC controlled control panel is installed in the processing area and is equipped with HMI and colour touch screen. The storage of up to 100 recipes and batch report printing are possible.
