The KWE 4000 series is a modular pharmaceutical checkweigher system, designed to meet the requirements of today's pharmaceutical production. The main focus in the design of this machine is pharmaceutical safety and fulfillment of the cGMP requirements, combined with easy operation and the flexibility that is essential for meeting the changing demands of the market.
The Bosch KWE 4000 is an in-line conveyor checkweigher that is applicable in many production settings. It can weigh products up to 7500 grams at speeds up to 400 per minute.
The new operator control management system uses a color touchscreen interface for easy control and graphical display of production data. Production statistics, trend curves, and the current weight are displayed on the standard screen which can be configured freely in order to show further information, if required. The KWE 4000 is also equipped with a hard drive disk for data storage to create reproducible production conditions for later use.
This machine is the right fit for most packaging lines. Whether it's a Bosch packaging machine, another vendor's line, or an existing line, the KWE 4000 guarantees a secure and reliable line integration. Additional equipment, such as code readers or laser markers, can be integrated into the KWE 4000, making it much more than just a checkweigher.
