Sanitary Pressure Pot - 250 gallon working capacity -l rated for Full vacuum and 75psi internal pressure @ 100*C -Material of construction 316L -Dimpled jacket, rated for 150 psi @ 150*F on sides and bottom -Vessel supported on four stainless steel legs with four swivel casters w/ locks -Jacket area insulated and covered with stainless steel sheathing -Interior and exterior welds and surfaces are provided with a 180 grit mechanical polish followed by an electropolish on the interior surfaces
