Sartolab RF/BT disposable vacuum filtration units are the premier choice for the sterile filtration of tissue culture media, serum, buffers, and other aqueous biological solutions. Packaged as pre-sterilized filter units, Sartolab filters are available with or without the receiver flask and incorporate a 0.2um PES membrane that combines high flow rates and throughput with low non-specific binding characteristics. The receiver flasks are removable and can be closed for storage with the sterile caps supplied with the units. Sartolab RF/BT units provide a cost effective and reliable method for sterile filtration within the laboratory.

• Flexible:
  Can be used for the sterile filtration of multiple aqueous biological solutions and are available in 250ml, 500ml, and 1000ml choices.
• Ready to use and easy handling:
  These pre-sterilized filter units require only a connection to a vacuum source making filtration easy and user friendly.
• Single unit packaging:
  All units are pre-sterilized and individually packaged to eliminate possible contamination.
• Free of cytotoxic effects:
  Sartolab units are free of cytotoxic effects and pass all USP and cytotoxicity tests.
• Highest flow rates:
  With a PES membrane in all units and a 90mm filter diameter in the 500ml and 1000ml units, flow rate, and throughput are increased.
