The Viscotek TDAmax is a comprehensive and powerful advanced detector Gel Permeation/Size Exclusion Chromatography system with temperature control from ambient to 80°C. It is specifically designed for the characterization of natural and synthetic polymers, copolymers, proteins, nanoparticles and other macromolecules. As the world's only fully integrated, advanced detector system available from a single vendor, the TDAmax sets the benchmark for GPC technology and is configured as follows:
- Integrated Triple Detector Array featuring a revolutionary Low Angle Light Scattering (LALS) Detector, four-capillary Differential Viscometer and Differential Refractive Index (RI) Detector.
- GPCmax Pump/Autosampler/Degasser Module for automated solvent and sample delivery.
- OmniSEC GPC/SEC software for complete system control.
The TDAmax will provide absolute molecular weight without extrapolation or correction, molecular size (Rh to less than 1 nm and Rg) and intrinsic viscosity, as well as information on structure, conformation, aggregation and branching in a single GPC/SEC experiment. By adding a UV/VIS Detector and creating an integrated Tetra Detector Array, the TDAmax will also provide information on copolymer.
