The TURBOTHERM sterilizer, type SDT, is a highly sophisticated sterilizer designed for use in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industry for production, laboratory and R & D applications. The TURBOTHERM is designed to sterilize porous load according to the vacuum process as well as liquids in open, semi-sealed or closed containers according to steam-air mixture process in one sterilizer. The TURBOTHERM has been developed to rapidly sterilize and cool liquids in containers which have to be dry to be used immediately for further processing.

To guarantee a perfect shape after sterilization as well as for safety reasons the sterilizer is working with a support pressure. This pressure can be set individually for each product or calculated in relation to the pressure inside the load container.

A standard size range is available from 280 litre usable capacity up to any required volume. A comprehensive range of optional accessories allows the client to flexibly configure the TURBOTHERM to their own requirements.
