Buyer (& Buyers Agents/Contractors) seeking to conduct work activity on Pfizer premises must abide by policies/procedures established by Pfizer EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) And Pfizer FME (Facility Maintenance & Engineering). They must successfully complete the Pfizer EH&S "Training Course For Contractors" before being allowed access to work on the premises.
A brief outline, ‘Project Plan', should be presented to Pfizer for approval which provides a date timeframe and scope of work plan involved to remove the purchased equipment from the premises. The use of heavy equipment must be approved by Pfizer. Buyer (& Buyers Agents/Contractors) shall provide proof of ‘certificate of liability insurance' as per DoveBid auction ‘terms & conditions' prior to beginning work on premises.
