Veladisc™ PED Code Module Housings (European Pressure Equipment Directive) are a cost-effective PED 97/23 EC housing with a TÜV-approved V-band clamp with venting bolt or bolt clamps. These units provide optimized, economical processing. The finishes and stainless steel (316L) materials of construction of these standard units are optimized for pharmaceutical use and meet the stringent requirements of biopharmaceutical applications. Veladisc PED Code Module Housings are designed for economical process development, small scale, and clinical phase I and II batch sizes where expedited product delivery is critical, but customization is not required. These housings are fabricated in different heights for modules with diameters of 284 mm (12 in.) or 410 mm (16 in.).
