With the WP 120 BT Pharma Bench Top, Alexanderwerk offers a compactor and granulator specifically designed for use in the fields of research and development. Quantities, as small as twenty gram (20 g), can be successfully compacted into granular form by use of a special delivery system. Additionally, throughputs as high as 20 kg/hr make the WP 120 BT Pharma suitable for granulation in the pilot study ranges for: frequent product changes, special or customized products, or in remote locations where load data can be required by control R & D.
The use of the cantilevered roller design allows the rollers to be removed, cleaned or replaced with the minimum of time and effort.
The WP 120 BT Pharma Bench Top is a fully scalable roller compactor allowing transfer of accurate results from the smallest batch sizes through to production scale.
