Filamatic Monobloc Automatic Liquid Filling System Liquid Filling--Filamatic automatic modular Monobloc systems can perform a wide range of tasks such as sorting, feeding, liquid filling, plugging, stoppering, crimping, capping, induction sealing, labeling, and accumulating within a compact footprint. An optional HEPA filtration system can also be incorporated to provide positive pressure airflow within the machine environment. A variety of liquid filling metering systems are available to provide a fill volume range of 0.5 ml. to 500 ml. per cycle. In addition, these metering systems are capable of handling a wide range of viscosities. All FILAMATIC® Monoblocs are digitally controlled with menu-driven programs that electronically adjust operating parameters for quick and easy tool-less changeovers. A wide assortment of liquid products can be filled into an array of containers including microtubes, cryovials, glass vials, and plastic containers.
