The integrated metal detector identifies and automatically rejects all types of metal contaminants including irregularly shaped slivers and swarfs. Ferrous, non-ferrous, and even the difficult-to-detect stainless steel contaminants are readily detected.
The award winning 15" dashboard style color touch screen controller is extremely easy to navigate for minimal operator training and rapid package changeovers. User access to critical menu functions can be controlled though a multi-level password protected security feature. Package parameters – including target weight zones, package information and package rates – can be entered and stored for up to 200 individual packages.
