DIOSNA Fluid Bed Technology

The DIOSNA Fluid Bed Equipment is the core of a modern Solid Dosage line. The flexible building principal of the CA 25 to CA 2400 allows for simple integration into your new or existing facility, without sacrificing process efficacy.

DIOSNA's cantilevered design allows for the least amount of "machine" to be installed into the GMP area and can be directly connected to a DIOSNA high shear granulator for closed contained system processing.

Standard with every DIOSNA machine is 12 bar shock resistant construction, gentle tangential product movement, continuous processing, Top Spray, Bottom Spray, Wurster, WIP, CIP (with Patented Filter Technology) and high containment systems.

Capacities range from 25 liters to 2400 liters and are scalable throughout the range.
