The Cyclops bin tumbler features the innovative TRIGON System, a universal bin blocking system with a unique GMP design that simplifies the loading/unloading operations of wheeled bins or bins handled by standard hand-pallet/fork-lifts. The PH-Bin has a rectangular shape for a better efficiency during blending and frame with a round cross section without dead points to avoid water stagnation during washing. The Cyclops Tumbler has a powerful control system for the configuration of advanced process recipes programming work cycles and displaying process parameters. The TRIGON System enables "Through the Wall" installation and reduces as much as possible the space in the production area. The machine is available in three different versions: Cyclops Mini, Cyclops Midi and Cyclops Maxi. A laboratory version is available too, for small batches and laboratory applications.

The Cyclops is a very flexible Bin tumbler designed for blending and homogenizing powders and granulates. The machine rotates containers (bins) and is able to generate an efficient mixing effect thanks to the container being tilted by 15° as compared to the rotation axis.

Main Characteristics

  • High productivity: the containers are hermetically closed so that different bins containing different products can be mixed in sequence on the same machine without the need for cleaning or decontaminating the tumbler.
  • Universal Bin blocking system "Trigon System" to completely block and blend a large series of Bins without additional devices and spacers.
  • In case of "difficult" product blending, the rotation axis of the Trigon System can be inclined also referring to a vertical plane to create a double inclination rotating system.
  • Possibility to install the machine "through the wall" to save space in the processing area.
  • Customized Bin holders available on request.
