ACR Image Metrix™ Names Brenda K. Young The Senior Director Of Clinical Operations

Philadelphia, PA – ACR Image Metrix is pleased to announce the addition of Brenda Young to its staff as the senior director of clinical operations. Ms. Young will be based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with responsibilities of managing consultants, supervising project and safety managers, and ensuring performance of clinical operations SOPs. Her client list includes major pharmaceutical clients as well as small to midsize pharmaceutical, biotechnology, device, and clinical research organization clients.

Ms. Young's background includes many years of experience at the American College of Radiology (ACR), with previous experiences as a clinical research associate, quality control auditor, regulatory affairs coordinator, and senior director of clinical trials informatics. As the senior director of clinical trials informatics, Ms. Young managed all activities related to the clinical trials management system, trained staff on the use of the system, and participated in National Cancer Institute bioinformatics initiatives.

Revenue from the various research projects carried out by ACR Image Metrix will be used to help fund future ACRIN, Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG), and Quality Research in Radiation Oncology (Q-RRO) studies.
