- Micronizer of 8"’, bottom discharge of micronized product, grinder ring in which it is possible to install different sets of nozzles with variable angles. Material AISI 316 L. Mirror polished. It is possible to use different covering material for the parts which are in contact with the powder (Inox, Teflon, Peek, Poliuretane, Borcarbide,…)
- A double screw feeder with a direct corrent motor with electronic speed adjustament, mounted on a stainless steel support.
- Complete with 2 HD-PE 25 l containers.
- Silencer connected to the double screw feeder.
- Cyclon filter with 7 hoses in AISI 304 mirror polished which permits the recovery of the micronized powder entered from the Jet-mill.
- Complete with an inspection door for an easy replacement of the filtering elements.
- Connection tube in AISI 316 L between micronizer and filter, ø 100 mm. Clamp connections including an inspection glass.
- EU 15 outlet absolute filter.
- Pneumatic installation with pressure regulators and manometers fitted on pneumatic table, Inox rapid connection and Inox/Teflon flexible tubing.
- Cable and assembled Electric Panel.
