CP500 RX-P1600 Deep-Draw Blister Packaging Line

The CP500 RX and TX models are equipped with a fast-cycle die-cutter. The cutting tool is compact and can be removed easily from the front. Prior to cutting, the blisters are positioned precisely in the machine operating direction. The workstations adjust their position automatically as the system is running.

Control of registration marks is reliably guaranteed, with minimal loss rates, even with hard/paper-coated lidding foils. The RX and TX leave no ladder of web after cutting out the blisters.
