GS Evolution: Solid Wall Pan For Highly Automated Installations

GS Evolution is designed for tablet film and sugar coating, pellets, and microgranules. The machine can be available in two different versions: standard or spiralled pan for automatic product and water discharge.

The use of a solid wall pan allows the processing of all product sizes and shapes without clogging, the shape of the pan and surface smoothness ensure perfect mixing and uniform distribution of coating material. The patented drying system guarantees that the air is conveyed directly through the tablet mass avoiding swirls and turbulences inside the pan. Different sizes of paddles are available for higher flexibility in terms of pan working capacities.

The processing area is completely isolated through inflatable seals on front and rear doors and the machine can be fitted with completely automatic product loading and unloading systems and Clean In Place.
