Steve Menzies joins as new CFO and Board Director

Marken recently announced the appointment of Steve J. Menzies as Chief Financial Officer and Board Director, Marken Group, effective May 1, 2014. He succeeds Alan Gullan, Marken’s interim CFO, who stepped down from the same post on April 30.

Steve has 26 years of senior operational and board level finance experience, most recently as interim CFO for IMI plc’s TA Hydronics business in Sweden. IMI is a £2bn turnover engineering company headquartered in Birmingham, UK. Prior to his role at IMI, he was Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President, Operational Excellence for First Data Corporation’s $2B International reporting segment, with responsibility for EMEA, APAC and Latin America & Canada. Earlier roles included Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Rockwell Automation’s EMEA Region, VP Finance & Operations, EMEA at StorageTek, EVP Finance at Siebe plc, and Divisional Finance Director roles with GEC.
