Pharmaceutical Elastomeric Closures
Elastomeric Closures are manually loaded into the rotating drum.
The drum is loaded into the autoclave chamber.
Elastomeric closures are washed, siliconized, sterilized and dried in one processes. At the end the load is discharged without any contact with the operator. Various options for discharging or transfer are available to meet the most different integration requirements.
Slide and rotate the adapter housing. Install the liner on the adapter and pull it through the welding brackets. After welding, pull the liner all the way down until it reaches the scale.
The elastomeric closures are discharged inside the liner. When the desired volume is reached the interface stops the drum inside the chamber. Weld the liner and repeat the operation until the batch has been bagged.
