CLIENT DETAILS
This client is a manufacturer of cake mixtures and bakery products sold primarily to the local bakers and "in-house" bakeries now found in most major supermarkets.
They operate an existing Matcon system to handle his finished product from the blender to the packaging line.
OBJECTIVE
Due to increased standards of quality they wanted to install
additional sieving and metal detection checks prior to final
packaging.
This demonstrates the inherent flexibility of an IBC system to adapt to changes in the future.
