Semiautomatic Tube Filler

Semiautomatic tube filler for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and foodstuff products.

Output:

• Up to 30 tubes/minute for aluminium, laminate, polythene and polyfoil tubes, depending on product viscosity, filling volume and operator ability in the manual feeding and orientation of the empty tubes.
• The dosing unit can be positioned outside the machine frame by turning the hinged support 90° and, using the foot pedal, can fill jars, bottles and various containers.
• Closing unit for aluminium tubes performing both normal and double fold – fold finishing smooth or knurled.
• Hot jaws or hot air sealing unit for polythene or laminate and polyfoil tubes. Seal finishing smooth or knurled.
