It's OK To Not Have The Answer

Throughout his 30-year career, Pidgeon has had many “aha!” moments that led to some very innovative ideas and solutions. When presented with a problem, Pidgeon says he never beats himself up if he can’t come up with a solution to a problem right away. In other words, don’t try to find the answer; allow the answer to come to you.
