The XXIX European Colloquium on Heterocyclic Chemistry will take place in Rouen, France from August 25 to 28, 2020. The ECHC is an open meeting dealing with all aspects of heterocyclic chemistry with international renown speakers and participants from academia and industry. The aim of the meeting is to present new results, stimulate interactions between academia and industry and create an atmosphere for establishing networks, useful also for young chemists. The 3 following topics will be covered: - Synthetic Methodology & Catalysis - Chemical Biology & Medicinal chemistry - Material Sciences Since its foundation in 1962, 28 ECHC meetings have been organised all over Europe and the ECHC series have grown to be major events in the field with world class speakers. The scientific programme will include 11 plenary lectures, 11 invited lectures and many short oral communications selected from submitted abstracts, as well as poster communications. Online registration and abstract submission will be available by end 2019.
