The IDF Virtual Congress 2021 will feature the latest research on diabetes complications in three separate streams - Cardiovascular and Hypertension, Eye and Kidney, Foot and Neuropathy - along with a stream dedicated to COVID-19 and diabetes. Poor diabetes management, whether through lack of education, limited access to care or undiagnosed conditions, means diabetes complications are a real problem in most countries.Following the successful launch of this new congress series in Hyderabad, India in 2018 this meeting gives an update on the latest research, treatments and tools to manage, treat and prevent diabetes complications.
