Labellers Designed For Use With Various Containers

Line of labellers include the: SENSITIVE ROTO - a rotary automatic labelling machine suitable for applying self-adhesive labels on both sides of round, oval and square bottles. This machine is equipped with PLC electronic system and HMI; furthermore, the most up-to-date laser printing systems and OCV/OCR verification systems by cameras can be installed onto this labeller. It is also available with production data processing by means of PC, in order to make it fully compliant with 21 CFR part 11 regulation. It can reach a maximum production speed of approximately 21,000 products/hour. The SENSITIVE SVL labeler is a completely automatic labeling machine suitable to apply pharmaceutical optical stamps and "Italian bollino" on top of formed cartons. The machine has a compact foot-print (machine frame of 500 mm) and has been specifically designed for easy application in line with packaging machines. Production speeds for cartons and blister can reach an output of 2,400 cartons/hour. The SENSITIVE Eco is a completely automatic labelling machine suitable for applying self-adhesive labels on round bottles (up to 150 bottles/minute). It features a very compact design for easy application in line with packaging machines and up and/or downstream rotating accumulating tables.
