L. B. Bohle has introduced a rotating chopper/intensifier for use with the Bohle rotating blending system. The unit easily attaches to all sizes of LBB blenders and ensures blend homogeneity when adding very small amounts of active to the product batch. The unit also facilitates the dispersion of liquids, including oils, into the powder blend. The chopper blades prevent the agglomeration of the disparate ingredients and provide for rapid and complete blending. PAT Systems, utilizing the appropriate analytical techniques for specific applications, are available to monitor complete blending.

The unit is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel, is easy to clean and is easily installed or removed as required.
