Bottom Drive High Shear Mixer Granulator
OYSTAR HÜTTLIN has set yet another standard with the design of the shaft seal in the floor of the HBG. Thanks to the intelligent design of the seal and continuous rinsing, it is no longer necessary to remove the impeller to check cleanliness.
The combination of a dual-purpose lip seal with a wiper is designed as a cartridge seal and has the same dimensions as the optional axial face seal. Consequently it can be replaced without converting the unit. All of the GMP requirements and pharmaceutical environment standards are met in full. All of the supply cables and electrical connection are on the inside, allowing for simple cleaning. The lifting mechanism of the container lid was also developed with this in mind. Because the lid is raised vertically, the usual problems of the process area becoming soiled when the lid is opened are kept to a minimum.
