The CE 7smart USP 4 Flow-Through Dissolution System is designed for poorly soluble products: MR, CR and ER tablets, capsules, suppositories, powders, pellets, APIs, implants, medical devices, ophtalmic devices, drug eluting stents, creams, gels, suspensions, microspheres, liposomes and nanospheres.
SOTAX offers different USP 4 Flow-Through Dissolution Systems to fulfill the method requirements, such as: USP 4 On-line System, USP 4 Off-line Closed System, USP 4 Off-line Open System.
- USP 4 On-line System: Custom-designed on-line dissolution system for dissolution tests according to the Flow-Through Method (USP 4) with integrated online analysis for all dosage forms with easy media and pH changes for accurate in-vivo simulation.
- USP 4 Off-line Closed System: Custom-designed off-line closed dissolution system is useful for products with a small or fixed volume of media to pass through the cells to improve sensitivity.
- USP Off-line Open System: Custom-designed off-line open dissolution system to solve dosage forms' solubility problems. A certain volume of media passes through the 7 flow cells continuously in an open loop with sample collection for all dosage forms with easy media and/or pH changes for simple in-vivo simulation
This USP 4 Flow-Through Dissolution tester is suitable for R&D and QC, manual and automated sampling, firmware or software driven, linked to UV, UVFO (UV Fiber Optic) and fraction collector for HPLC.
The CE 7smart is compliant to USP, EP and JP for Small Volume Dissolution and Poorly Soluble Compound Testing under Sink conditions. It is also ideal for cells designed for MR, CR and ER tablets, capsules, suppositories, powders, pellets, APIs, implants, medical devices, ophtalmic devices, drug eluting stents, creams, gels, suspensions, microspheres, liposomes and nanospheres.
