Liquid Filling--This machine features metering systems mounted on a dockable trolley which allows operators to utilize 2 trolley systems to maximize production time. Trolley 1 can be easily removed from the filling station to be cleaned while Trolley 2 can be rolled into place at the filling station, allowing production to continue while reducing overall down time. Changeover can be completed in as little as 5 minutes andis ideally suited for the pharmaceutical industry. The DFS Dockable accommodates a wide variety of liquid filling applications and fluid types with an easy to read touch screen with electronic volume adjustment controls for speed and ease of set-up. Piston pumps fill low, medium, and high viscous product of 1 liter or less. Three frame sizes are available that can handle up to 12 filling heads for fill rates of 400+ CPM.
