The Kraemer E5000 for high containment of potent compounds is available in dust tight as well as WIP (wash in place) versions for an extremely high level of dust containment and operator safety. The E5000 has been tested for use with OEB 4 and 5 compounds. The WIP version has several WIP cleaning configurations with flooding, full washdown with simultaneous cleaning with all wash nozzles, and zone cleaning where only zones of wash nozzles are utilized at a time.
The E5000 is a very customizable machine with numerous conveying heights available from 400 to 1600mm, with Lock or Ceia metal detectors, or without metal detection. Controls can be interlocked through the tablet press and WIP skid for full cleaning recipe and remote operation.
