Mettler-Toledo Hi-Speed will showcase the new XMV Marking and Verification system – a complete serialization solution giving Track & Trace capabilities to existing or new production lines with the highest degree of flexibility currently available on the market. One of the best systems available in the fight against product counterfeiting, it functions with a multitude of world leading marking and camera systems at speeds up to 90 meters/min.

The system allows seamless integration with all production lines with the most minimal re-engineering to production lines and is fully compliant with current regulations and guidelines for the many different Track & Trace concepts used currently. The open software interface enables simple communication with all standard data protocols and network systems, with easy upgrade procedures for future Track & Trace requirements where standards may change or are evolving.

Mettler-Toledo Safeline will showcase the Tablex-PRO metal detector, designed specifically for high speed inspection of tablets and capsules being discharged from molding press. The user interface is extremely simple to operate with an intuitive, Windows-style, color touch screen. The sophisticated electronics software delivers unrivalled levels of detection sensitivity and finds even the most difficult to detect non-magnetic stainless steels.

Tablex-PRO metal detectors fit easily into any press output configuration. The robust, low profile casters enable mobility and the three-axis head adjustment provides maximum flexibility and allows quick and easy installation into existing lines.

With advanced in-built condition monitoring technology, the system provides advanced warning of maintenance needs before failure.
