Its application range includes R&D, clinical and small scale production environments. Filling results can be fully scaled up, so the OmniDose may be utilized as a stand-alone unit or integrated into larger production lines.

The OmniDose is suited for many powder dosing tasks. The machine can be equipped for filling powders into capsules, vials, devices and pre-formed blisters. Its application range includes R&D, clinical and small scale production environments. Filling results can be fully scaled up, so the OmniDose may be utilized as a stand-alone unit or integrated into larger production lines.
The OmniDose can be equipped with various dosing systems, depending upon powder characteristics and fill volume, to provide a wide range of dosing volumes – including micro-dosing as low as 1 mg or less. The machine is optionally available with containment for potent products.
For capsule filling, the size part set is pivotal in producing and checking pharmaceutical capsules. The set allows for semi-automatic capsule separation, capsule conveyance, filling and closing. An additional module offers gravimetric weighing of capsules in the following variants:
- Random sampling – gross weight check
- Random sampling – tare/gross weight check
- 100% - gross weight check
- 100% - tare/gross weight check
