STERIFILL SMART
STERIFILL SMART is the ultimate innovation in the IMA LIFE range of liquids and powder filling machines. Particularly suited to small to medium batch production, configured to handle glass and plastic vials in both the SVP and LVP filling range.
The machine is completely servo driven and can reach up to 120 vpm ( Double index ) and contemporarily offer 100% IPC of all vials filled.
In the slow to medium speed configuration the machine also features 500 ml dosing.
All types of dosing system can be installed on the machine assuring in this way the highest possible range of applications:
- Time presure
- Traditional volumetric pumps
- Volumetric differential pumps (patented)
- Peristaltic pumps
- Rolling diaphragm pumps.
Sterifill SMART is pre-arranged to receive open or closed RABS a well as ISOLATORS, being all materials compatible with sterilizing agents and suitable for VHP exposure.
The machine is equipped with quick release assembly for filling, stoppering and capping heads ( no tools required).
